PAYMENTS

One half of the total will be due ten days or less from the date you make your reservation. Your second payment will be due three weeks prior to your arrival. You are welcome to pay by personal check, money order or credit card. All returned checks will incur a $50.00 service charge. Make checks payable to Judy Orchard.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

Check-in is at 3:00 P.M. or after and check-out is at 11:00 A.M. or before.

PETS: No pets are allowed

SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed. Evidence of smoking inside the house will be a basis for eviction and/or retention of your security deposit.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

No more than four (4) people are allowed to occupy the house during your rental period. Unreported guests will constitute a sufficient basis for eviction with no refund in rent and with forfeiture of your security deposit.

CANCELLATION

Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, a full refund less a $100.00 processing fee will be made if you cancel more than thirty (30) days before your scheduled arrival. There will be no refund when a reservation is cancelled less than twenty-one (21) days prior to your scheduled arrival.

DIRECTIONS

Rates for SeaCliff Hideaway are based upon a maximum occupancy of 4 people (no pets and no smoking allowed).

There is a 2-night minimum.

Each Night's Stay: $ 195 per night.
Weekly rate: $ 1,250 (up to 7 nights), maximum of 4-person occupancy

Cleaning Fee: $100.00 per visit

Mendocino County Bed Tax: 11 %

Refundable Security Deposit: $150.00 per visit
